You request a test through the app anytime. A local technician visits your pool within 48 hours, runs a full water chemistry panel, and uploads your results to the app. You'll see pH, chlorine, alkalinity, calcium hardness, and more — plus specific recommendations.
What's included in a chemical delivery?
Every delivery is customized based on your pool size, water test history, and the current time of year. Chemicals are pre-measured and labeled with instructions. You'll also receive a step-by-step treatment plan in the app.
Can I choose monthly or bi-weekly delivery?
Yes — choose your cadence at sign-up and switch any time in the app. Monthly works great for well-maintained pools. Bi-weekly is ideal for high-traffic pools, hot climates, or consistently perfect water.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts, ever. Pause or cancel your plan anytime before your next delivery. The service should earn your loyalty every month, not lock you in.
How is this different from a traditional pool service?
Traditional pool services send someone to maintain everything. We're for the DIY owner — we handle the chemistry knowledge and supply chain, you add the chemicals (about 10 minutes). That's why we cost a fraction of the price.
What pool types do you support?
All residential in-ground and above-ground pools, including chlorine, salt, and bromine systems. Tell us about your pool type and size at sign-up and we'll tailor everything.
What if my water is a mess when I sign up?
No problem — we've seen it all. We'll schedule your first free water test. If there are significant issues, we'll put together a remediation plan to get your water back on track before starting your regular schedule.
How much do chemicals cost on top of the subscription?
Your subscription covers service — scheduling, testing, planning, and logistics. Chemicals are billed separately at cost-plus pricing, typically 40–60% less than retail. You'll see an itemized quote before each delivery.
